DOSAGE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Take 2 ml per day for standard good health, As a suggestion start with 1 ml in the morning and 1 ml in the afternoon for the first week, to allow the body to become accustomed to the product, thereafter up to 4ml per day, for maximum effect.
  • Benefits may vary from person to person given that weight, age, metabolism all play a role, one can expect to feel an improvement with 10 days to 2 weeks.
  • It is suggested to take this extract after a meal although our experience is that there is no apparent difference.
  • One can add the tincture into hot water to evaporate the alcohol if you wish, it is best taken under the tongue for maximum absorption.

 

PRECAUTIONS

  • Animal studies suggest that lion’s mane mushroom and its extracts are very safe, even at high doses.
  • If you have a medical condition or a history of asthma or allergies, consult your doctor before you try Lion’s mane.
  • Lion’s mane is generally well tolerated, but the most common side effects include gastrointestinal discomfort, nausea, and a skin rash.
  • Lion’s mane mushroom might slow blood clotting and reduce blood glucose levels.
  • Stop using lion’s mane mushroom at least 2 weeks before a scheduled surgery.
